Information collected via this platform is stored in an information system by Natural Solutions to manage user accounts on the Arbogen platform. The legal basis for processing is that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

The collected data will only be shared with the following recipients: Platform managers at Natural Solutions and the Emerging Viruses Unit.

Local data processing

Arbogen uses embedded third-party open-source components for sequence analysis, including Nextclade (Nextstrain).

All sequence analyses are executed locally within the platform. No sequence data is transferred to third-party services or external infrastructures.

The data is retained for 1 year.

You can access your data, rectify it, request its deletion, or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.
